Great Cardiac Program!
I would like to say a “BIG thank you” to Dr. Manish Gugnani, the expert medical director of the Cardiac Program at Preferred Care at Mercer and to the amazing team he leads.
Everyone at Preferred Care at Mercer was exceptional, they all went beyond the call of duty while I was in their care: From effectively reducing my symptoms and giving me the assistance to adjust physically and psychologically to my condition, to providing me and my wife with education and counseling to better understand my heart condition – and reduce the risk of another cardiac episode!
At Preferred Care At Mercer “First Class” Is Really First Class!
I came to “Mercer” for subacute rehabilitation after my knee replacement.
First of all, it is very important to say that because they are a cozy 100 bed facility, the moment you arrive, you feel you are at a place where they know you and your rehab needs at a personal level – unlike one of those big and cold institutions!
Dr. Anasse Souidi, the Medical Director has an impeccable bedside manner and everyone in his therapy team is “first class” and made me feel first class!
Utilizing the latest rehabilitation techniques and with the latest equipment in their fully stocked state-of-the-art rehab gym, I have to admit … For the first time in my life, I enjoyed going to the gym!
Now that I am back home, I would like to go visit my therapists at “Mercer” and get to enjoy again the beautiful scenic gardens – and the gourmet dining!
Cordnator Mrs. Tonette was such a asset for helping our family to be able to face time with our mom for a vertical birthday party on Sunday. My mom is ninety one. Our family from near and far had a chance to see her in celebration of her daughter's seventy birthday. Thank you to Tonette and Maja !!
From the bottom of my heart I would like to thank the staff for being there for my family during this pandemic. When the outside visits started I was able to see my love one on a regular. It was rough not to be able to touch or hug but seeing him was priceless. The activity staff was awesome and if the weather was bad I was able to do a video call. Thank you so much
I would like to thank the rehab staff and nursing staff for the awesome care they gave my mother. Obviously, we hope our loved ones never need to be in a rehab but if they do I highly recommend Preferred Care! She is still doing great! Thank you all!
My dad recovered not just physically but also mentally thanks to the wonderful care he received at Preferred Care. Beginning with Lauren, Admissions Director who made dad feel welcomed even before his arrival, his kind and compassionate Dr Rana. to the joyful and informative nursing director Jean. Excellence is hard to find these days - we were lucky dad came here.
